  • Flavourful Beef Tteokguk (one portion)

Ingredients: Slice type rice cake 200g (1 pack)

Soup: Water 500ml

Beef brisket: 100g

Dried kelp 2 pcs

Dried shiitake mushroom 1 pc

Welsh onion 1/2 pcs

Onion 1/4 pcs

  1. Soak the beef brisket in water to remove residual blood.
  2. Boil the beef and other ingredients for soup with 500ml of water.
  3. Rince the rice cake and add to the pot with the prepared broth.
  4. Season broth with salt and soy sauce.
  5. Add garnish according to your taste.


  • Carbonara Topokki (one portion)

Ingredients: Slice type rice cake 200g (1 pack)

Cooking oil

Bacon 35g

Onion 1/4 pcs

Minced garlic 1/3 tsp

Yolk 1 pcs

Sauce: Milk 100ml

Whipping cream 140ml

Cheddar cheese 2 pcs

  1. Soak rice cake in the water for 15 min.
  2. Stir-fry minced garlic, onion and bacon with oiled pan.
  3. Put milk and whipping cream in the pan and when it starts to boil, put sliced cheddar cheese and yolk
  4. Put soaked rice cake in.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
